The purpose of the Kredimo Customer Service Department is to process and resolve customer complaints or claims fairly, transparently, and efficiently, in accordance with applicable consumer protection and financial services regulations.
Complaints or claims must be submitted in writing and must comply with the formal requirements established in the Kredimo Customer Service Regulations, as well as with applicable European Union and Portuguese consumer protection legislation.
You may submit your complaint using a dedicated complaint form (where available), or by sending a written request that includes the following information:
Full name of the claimant
Identification number or equivalent document
Postal address, telephone number, and email address
Full name and identification details of a representative, if acting through a third party, together with written authorization
Reference to the contract or product concerned
Clear description of the facts and reasons for the complaint or claim
Detailed explanation of your request, including any supporting documentation
Place, date, and signature

Kredimo will acknowledge receipt of your complaint and provide a response within the legally established timeframe, in accordance with applicable Portuguese and EU regulations.
If, after receiving a response from the Customer Service Department, you believe that the matter has not been satisfactorily resolved, you may escalate your complaint to the competent external dispute resolution or supervisory bodies, in accordance with applicable law.
Customer protection is governed by European Union consumer credit legislation, Portuguese consumer protection laws, and applicable financial services regulations.
